COLOUR / IMAGE DISCLAIMER

Actual product colour may vary from the images shown. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to colour as possible.

It is important to note and be aware that colour will differentiate on prints differently on different textured card and finishes. Please read the information and descriptions given for each different finish of the cards available before ordering. Arabesq Designs will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences. In purchasing from Arabesq Designs, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website. Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not a fault) will need to comply with the Arabesq Designs Refund and Return Policy.

 

DESIGN LAYOUT AND TEXT  CHANGES

As part of designing and fulfilling orders, reconfiguration of the design and text would be required to suit the needs and requirements of the customers. Arabesq Designs will not be liable for any drastic changes or differentiations from the original listed design. An example of this can be when the original design has space for first names only, however the customer requires surnames therefore Arabesq Designs will fulfil the requirements by adjusting and reconfiguring the original design to suit the needs of the customer. This may involve reducing the text size to fit into the available space, or have the names above one another instead of side by side. This is just one of few many other related examples involving design layout and text format changes.
