Shipping and Delivery

We ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly and to the highest quality. Arabesq Designs are not responsible for delayed or damaged items and packages. Packages may get damaged or lost during transit which is fulfilled by the third party delivery service. If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

For International orders, transit times may vary due to customs delays. International shipping may vary in transit time and reliability depending on your own country’s postal system.

Once an order is shipped and in transit, we will not be able to make any further changes, adjustments or edits to your order. Customers must ensure all customisations and requirements are met when placing an order.

Order processing times can vary depending on the extent of design alterations and customisation, however, please allow a minimum of 4-6 working business days for processing time prior to shipping.

Delivery dates are working days only and do not include weekends or public holidays.

 

UK DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Free shipping on all orders in the United Kingdom (UK).

Royal Mail Tracked 24 with delivery aim of 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail Next Day Guarantee by 1pm with delivery aim for next day 1-2 working days

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping fee applied to orders from Europe and Rest of the world including USA, Australia and Canada.

Royal Mail International Tracked  with delivery aim of 5-7 working days for Europe Delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked  with delivery aim of 7-12 working days for Rest of the world including USA, Australia and Canada

Parcel Force worldwide global priority with express delivery aim of 2-5 working days for Rest of the world including USA, Australia and Canada

International shipping rates are calculated based on your order value and weight. We currently offer International Tracked shipping via Royal Mail. For express shipping we offer Global Express via Parcel Force Worldwide.

 

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES

Arabesq Designs will not be responsible for any parcels a customer refuses to pay a customs fee. Any refusals at customs cannot be refunded. Arabesq Designs is not to be held responsible for any delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country. These fees are determined by the customs office of the country of delivery and are not included in the price of the item or the shipping fee and customers are expected to pay this in order to receive their orders on time.

Please be aware that these delays are outside of our control, and we cannot issue refunds for delayed deliveries.
