Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details you provided for your Nikah Certificate.

The Nikah Certificate should be signed by the groom, bride, wali, witnesses, and the officiant (if required) on the day of the Nikah. It serves as a significant record of this momentous occasion, capturing the date of your marriage, any agreed-upon conditions, and relevant Quranic verses.

We offer bundle options where you can purchase Nikah Certificates with matching frames and pens together.
Frames and pens can be purchased separately under the "Frames" and
"Nikah Pens" sections on our website.
Our Nikah Certificates are available in standard sizes such as A4 and A3, so you
may also choose to purchase a frame from another retailer that fits these dimensions.
Including Mahr in your Nikah Certificate is entirely optional. We can add it to the
certificate if you wish. Alternatively, you may choose to leave it out and
retain the certificate as a cherished keepsake. The decision is yours. If you want to include a phrase about Mahr please mention this in the additional notes and we can include a short phrase in similar to the phrases included in our other Nikah certificates.
Yes, the city and location can be included on your Nikah Certificate. Simply provide
the relevant details during the personalisation process, and we will ensure
they are incorporated.
While a Nikah Certificate is not a requirement for the Nikah itself, it adds a
meaningful and memorable touch to the occasion. The signing of the certificate
by all parties involved is a beautiful moment to capture. Our Nikah Certificates are cherished by couples worldwide and are often kept as a special keepsake or framed as a decorative piece of art.
It is important to note that while our Nikah Certificates hold Islamic validity as
Muslim marriage contracts, they are not official government documents. It remains your responsibility to complete the formal registration of your marriage with the appropriate local government authorities.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@arabesqdesigns.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or corrections, provided the order has not yet been processed.
Once the Nikah Certificate has been produced, we will be unable to make further changes. In such cases, a new certificate would need to be purchased for an additional fee.
Previews and drafts are available upon request. To receive a preview, please indicate "preview required" in the additional notes section of the order form before placing your order. You may also email us at info@arabesqdesigns.com to
request a preview. We will then send a preview via email for your review and approval.
Timeline for Previews:
Once you approve the final version, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the creation of your certificate before it is dispatched for shipping.
Please note that requesting a preview may extend the processing time, especially if further revisions are required. It is important to respond promptly to our emails to avoid delays, or to arrange expedited shipping if necessary.
There is a maximum of 5 preview requests, after this we will charge for additional design charge at £8 per further changes and previews.
The certificates shown on our website are for display purposes only. If you require additional signatories or specific information, simply provide the details when placing your order, and we will ensure they are included.
If you feel there is insufficient space on the certificate for additional information,
such as extra signature fields, surnames, or location details, rest assured we
can accommodate these requests. We specialise in customising certificates and
can design the layout to meet your requirements.
Please note, however, that adding too much content may result in a smaller font size and adjustments to the overall layout, which may slightly alter the appearance of the certificate.
Our certificates are printed on premium luxury cardstock, renowned for its use by
fine artists and creatives worldwide. We offer three types of high-quality
card, each with a unique texture, to give the certificate an elegant and premium feel.

There is a limit of 5 rounds of edits for the customisation of your Nikah certificate. Any further revisions beyond this will incur an additional charge of £8 per round.
We use ultra high-quality, archival grade aqueous pigment based inks, specially formulated for precise color reproduction and long lasting durability. These inks are designed to ensure vibrant, accurate colours and superior print quality.
To request customised changes, please provide the details in the "Additional
Notes" section of the order form. We will review your request to determine which customisation package applies. If the requested changes incur an additional fee, we will contact you via email to inform you of the costs.

If you are unsure of the Islamic date when completing the order form, you may leave it
blank. We will fill it in for you using our reference sources.
Your Nikah Certificate will be carefully packaged in a durable package, reinforced with sturdy grey boards to protect it from any damage, creases, or bends during transit. The certificate will be placed in a clear cellophane sleeve to safeguard it from dust and scratches.
Typically, most couples hand over the marriage certificate to the officiant at the start of the ceremony, allowing for the signing of all necessary documents in unison. You have the choice to follow this tradition or alternatively sign the certificate towards the end of the ceremony.
If you've selected the option for only the bride and groom to sign, you can choose
to do so at your convenience. Many couples have chosen to sign their certificates during receptions or even at anniversary celebrations.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. Kindly provide photos of the damage along with your order number. We will assess the situation and arrange for a prompt replacement if qualified to do so. You can reach us at info@arabesqdesigns.com.
Personalised or customised orders are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
There is a free cancellation period of one hour after placing your order. After this one hour window, a cancellation fee of £10 will be deducted from the total refund to cover the cost of processing the order.
If your order arrives defective or is lost during transit, please contact us at info@arabesqdesigns.com. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss, delays, or damage incurred while the order is in transit.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements will not be accepted in cases where the customer has made an error, such as misspelled words, incorrect dates, or other mistakes on the order.
Yes, we offer the option to change the fonts on your Nikah nama to your preferred style.
For the best results, please provide the font name or share reference images to help us ensure your desired look.
Yes, for most of our designs, we can accommodate the addition or removal of
signature boxes to suit your preferences. However, please note that certain designs may look better with a balanced number of signature boxes, and adding too many may result in a crowded appearance. We recommend keeping the layout in mind to ensure an aesthetically pleasing design.
Yes, we can accommodate translations. Please provide all translations clearly and
accurately on the order form. Be sure to review the content of your chosen
Nikah Certificate and include the translation for each section so that we can incorporate it into your certificate.
If there is a limit on characters at checkout for your translation please email it to us on info@arabesqdesigns.com.
Please make sure you provide all the translation for all the content you want translated for your Nikah certificate. Therefore ensure you check the design of the Nikah certirfictae and base the translation on this for us.
