Refund policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, returns, and replacements.

Personalised & Customised Orders

All personalised or customised items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order has been approved, printed, and/or dispatched, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellations

A free cancellation period of one (1) hour is available immediately after placing your order.
After this one-hour period, any cancellation request will be subject to a £10 cancellation and processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund to cover administrative and production costs.
Once production has begun, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Customer Errors

We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer, including but not limited to:

Misspelled names or wording
Incorrect dates, addresses, or event details
Formatting or content errors approved at checkout

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for orders containing customer-submitted errors.

Defective, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives defective or is lost in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) by contacting info@arabesqdesigns.com, providing clear photographic evidence where applicable.

Please note:

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by postal or courier services
Replacement or resolution is offered at our sole discretion after review
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Transit & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
