Return policy
Personalised & Customised Orders
All personalised or customised items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order has been approved, printed, and/or dispatched, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellations
A free cancellation period of one (1) hour is available immediately after placing your order. After this one-hour period, any cancellation request will be subject to a £10 cancellation and processing fee, which will be deducted from the total refund to cover administrative and production costs. Once production has begun, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Customer Errors
We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Misspelled names or wording
- Incorrect dates, addresses, or event details
- Formatting or content errors approved at checkout
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for orders containing customer-submitted errors.
